Started off with 3 cars heading off to the Woodlands Immigration at 0530hrs. After clearance, the convoy encountered a moment of lost contact, making the situation into an excuse to split out to look for a good Bak Kut Teh stall for breakfast , and finally reaching the launching point at Desaru @1000hrs. Finally shooting out at about 1030hrs and package includes some tall tails,..erh tales! ;D Derek was the one that opened the ceremony with a nice sub 1kg snapper. Danny had the first take of a Chermin... but, then like all good movies, "Houston we have a problem!" ...the Safari cannot crank! as claimed by Danny ..This shocked Andrew so much so that he almost fainted over...! In between small ones, Andrew was the next in a platinum piece... Followed by the third platinum by Ron. The day continued with a couple of small groupers and other reef fishes. We had to leave around 1600hrs due to an approaching storm, and because of this, we did not have the opportunity to do a NDP pix. Catch total: Chermins: 3 pcs - 2 to 3kg Groupers: about 10pcs - =< 1kg Finger Mark Snappers: 2 pcs - < 1kg Bream: 1pc - 0.5kg Guess, its not too bad for a 5 hours trip. More pix... s593.photobucket.com/albums/tt16/burstlineVOGSters/Desaru20100605/
